The set includes:
✔ Wooden base, crescent shape, 162×24 mm; can be sterilized in a hot-air sterilizer at up to 200°C for 60 minutes
✔ Foam-backed files: 180 grit, 240 grit, 320 grit — 5 of each.
✔ Sanding blocks: 400-grit, 500-grit — 5 of each.

Before starting work:
🔸 Disinfect your hands
🔸 Place the abrasive on the base with a slight offset to the right
🔸 File dry skin and cuticles with 240/320-grit files until they are smooth
🔸 Use 180-grit to shape your nails, then smooth them with 240- or 320-grit
🔸 Brush off the dust with a brush and moisturize your hands with cream or oil
🔸 If you’d like, degrease your nails afterward and apply a top coat
