Versatile kraft paper sterilization pouches with an indicator—suitable for hot-air and autoclave (steam) sterilization

Kraft paper sterilization pouches are made of 70 g/m² kraft paper and feature color-changing indicators to visually distinguish between sterilized and unsterilized instruments. If the sterilization process is successful, the indicator changes to the color specified by the standard (for example, beige turns purple).

Bag features:

• Allows air molecules to escape while filtering out bacteria and microorganisms
• After sterilization, microorganisms are killed, and new ones cannot enter
• Moisture-resistant – does not get wet and remains airtight when exposed to steam or moisture
• Heat-resistant, maintaining density and airtightness at high temperatures

Size Selection and Use:

• The size of the bag is adjusted to fit the product being sterilized
• The bag must not be filled to more than 3/4 of its volume or length to prevent the seams from bursting during sterilization

Sterilization process:

1. Instrument Cleaning (Manual or Automatic)
2. Disinfection with Special Solutions

After sterilization, the instruments remain sterile until they are used, and the packaging is opened in the presence of the client.
